Pre-Medical Track

I originally planned to follow in my father’s footsteps and become a doctor. That intention led me through a rigorous pre-med curriculum, where I built a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and systems biology. While I ultimately chose a different path, this training shaped how I approach the body: with curiosity, precision, and respect for complexity.

Wild Health Precision Medicine Fellowship

An intensive program in genomics-based Precision Medicine, designed to train healthcare practitioners in the latest advancements in personalized, data-driven care. While originally developed for physicians and clinicians, this fellowship gave me advanced tools to translate complex genetic and lab data into practical protocols that actually work in the real world.


National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)

As an NBHWC-certified coach, I’ve met the highest national standards for evidence-based health coaching, including motivational interviewing, behavior change psychology, and collaborative goal setting. This certification ensures a foundation of both professionalism and practical skill in guiding lasting transformation.


Coaching the Unconscious Mind
This training equips me with neuroscience-backed tools to access the “adaptive unconscious” — the powerful inner network where habits, stress loops, and limiting beliefs live. I use a suite of rapid-change techniques to help clients clear internal resistance, rewrite old patterns, and create space for easeful, lasting change.

My Journey From Exhausted & Obese to Healthy & Thriving

WHAT WE DO

Crawling to the bathroom on New Year’s Day 2023, riddled with joint pain, I collapsed and cried. I’d done everything “right” for so long. I’d been so disciplined. I’d read so many books, had so many dietary restrictions, tried so many supplements, debated with so many doctors, rested and rested and missed out on so many things.

Why was I still such a mess?

I was a mess because the health trends I was following were the wrong fit for my DNA. My low carb diet was aggravating my insulin resistance while also driving up my cortisol.

My workout pattern guaranteed I'd always be tired and sick. My crappy sleep was doing far worse than ruining my mood. My hidden hypothyroidism made my labs look fine while my metabolism was in the gutter.

The root cause of each of those issues was in my DNA. But even though I'd taken FOUR DNA tests, nobody really helped me understand what they meant, and more importantly: what to do about it.

Eventually, I found a doctor who practiced precision medicine, and a health coach who finally asked the right questions.

With their help, I made progress—about 50% better, and it felt like coming up for air.

But I wanted more than survival. I wanted to thrive.

So I dove in. I spent the next year training in genomic interpretation, lab analysis, and neurobiology. I tracked everything. I tested. I rewrote old beliefs. I built protocols that actually worked for my body.

And then... it all began to shift.

I reversed my prediabetes.

I lost 30 pounds—not through restriction, but by actually understanding and working with my metabolism.

The headaches that used to ambush me weekly? Nearly gone.And for the first time in years, I didn’t catch every cold or bug that came around.

But more than that—I got my spark back. I can think clearly. I wake up with energy. I’m not afraid of food, or exercise, or my own body. I feel strong, calm, and clear. I finally feel like me again.

That’s why I do this work now.

Because it shouldn’t take years of suffering, thousands of dollars, and a science degree to understand what your body needs.
